The ave-it.net guys have been around for a while and it looks like that from their website. They have a generalized page for all football ringtones that’s worth a look. Needless to say it includes some popular United tones plus another page containing ringtone codes for those old mobiles.

The best thing about this site is the fact that a large collection of their tones is free. Not much United stuff here to be honest, but there’s a good collection otherwise and you might want to take a look at this one for largely non-United stuff.
