Doing It For The Nurses

Manchester United players are leading the way in a charitable gesture to introduce awareness on the plight of young nurses in the UK. Whilst this is not generally football related, I thought it was worth a mention because it highlights just how kind our players are. They are also attempting to fight the government on how irresponsible they are to let our health system go downhill fast.

Ryan Giggs and Gary Neville have both signed up to the initiative that sees them agreeing to give up a days pay in order to help out our health system. Giggs, whose mum was a nurse, understands the initiative better than most. They noth understand that footballers earn too much for what they do whilst our lifesavers don’t earn enough. Good on ya boys! I just hope that other players listen and join the initiative too.
