Team Stats This Season

The team statistics so far this season make impressive viewing. Just browsing through the Internet, I found a whole host of them for your pleasure - it looks like the great Manchester United are back where they belong!

1) Manchester United’s biggest victory this season is by 4 goals… and there have been three of them!

Man United 5-1 Fulham PL 20 Aug
Man United 4-0 Watford PL 31 Jan
Tottenham 0-4 Man United PL 4 Feb

 2) The team has only lost by one goal since the start of the Premier League season.

Man United 0-1 Arsenal PL 17 Sep
Copenhagen 1-0 Man United CL 1 Nov
Southend 1-0 Man United CC 4 7 Nov
Celtic 1-0 Man United CL 21 Nov
West Ham 1-0 Man United PL 17 Dec
Arsenal 2-1 Man United PL 21 Jan

3) The team performance has been as good as ever in all competitions.

  P W D L GF GA
All competitions 42 32 4 6 87 31
All competitions - Home 20 17 2 1 49 14
All competitions - Away 22 15 2 5 38 17

4) 13 cleans sheets have been kept in the Premiership but we have only failed to score in two games!

Interesting reading or what? It is a shame that this season can’t last forever because it has been so good up to yet that every player deserves a pat on the back for his efforts!
