@defrancotv actually yeah, they just invited random people to represent the cosmos, none of those players play for cosmos, cosmos don’t even have a team at all. Some players who played on that team are part of the cosmos U23 team. Some are people you may know, robbie keane, Brad Friedel, Gary Neville, Brian McBride among others invited by pele, Yes pele, he’s the president of the team. Cosmos are considered legendary because pele used to play for them in the 70s.

@defrancotv they don’t, it’s not even a team in MLS it might be next year but because of lack of a stadium it might not be. NY cosmos is not an MLS team YET.
it seems like la galaxy is the only mls team that can somewhat compete to these level of teams
