More on Manchester United Jerseys

I mentioned in my previous post on United’s jersey and it’s simplicity. I did not like it very much at first but then did develop a liking to it. But my all-time favorite remains the treble-winning United jersey from SHARP. Here are some neat ones from this year and previous years.

Firstly, the previous United away strip number two. Another simple design going all black this time. Looks extremely elegant but I wonder if it’s any good wearing it in the heat.

The red one had become symbolic with United having been around for quite a while. I liked it too with the Vodafone sponsorship logo in the middle. But with time, all things change and we got a new sponsor in the shape of AIG to replace it.

 

 

The blue away strip is also a very neat and elegant one with blue lines running along the shoulders down towards the sleeves. A somewhat better combination compared to some of the others we’ve had over the years.
